Currently a member artist at Trimble Court Artisans in Fort Collins, Colorado. Professional memberships include the North American Nature Photography Association and the Artist Association of Northern Colorado. Volunteers as photographer for the Larimer Country Parks & Open Spaces.

Photography has been a passion for Gregory Mayse since 1977, when he took his first sports-action images for his high school yearbook in the small village of Castalia, Ohio. In 1982 he photographed his first of more than 300 weddings and countless family and high school senior portraits.

Upon moving to Colorado in 2001, he began focusing his skills on wildlife and nature photography of the Rocky Mountain region. His images have received awards in national juried Fine Art exhibitions and from the prestigious BBC Wildlife magazine. Many other images and articles have been published in a variety of calendars, newspapers, books, magazines and websites.
