BIOGRAPHY
Gregory Mayse. Wildlife & Nature Photographer. Based out of Fort Collins, Colorado, USA. Professional photographer since 1996. Awards and recognition in National Fine Art exhibitions as well as honors from BBC Wildlife Magazine and the Professional Photographers of America.
Images have been featured in international magazines, books, calendars, newspapers, television, annual reports, greeting cards and websites. Published photographer / writer in BBC Wildlife Magazine and The Coloradoan.
Permanent collections at Medical Center of the Rockies, Windsor Library and private collections around the world.
Currently a member artist at Trimble Court Artisans in Fort Collins, Colorado.
Professional memberships include the North American Nature Photography Association
and the Artist Association of Northern Colorado. Volunteers as photographer for the
Larimer Country Parks & Open Spaces.

Photography has been a passion for Gregory Mayse since 1977, when he took his first sports-action images for his high school yearbook in the small village of Castalia, Ohio. In 1982 he photographed his first of more than 300 weddings and countless family and high school senior portraits.
Upon moving to Colorado in 2001, he began focusing his skills on wildlife and nature photography of the Rocky Mountain region. His images have received awards in national juried Fine Art exhibitions and from the prestigious BBC Wildlife magazine. Many other images and articles have been published in a variety of calendars, newspapers, books, magazines and websites.
